I Made Cookies (How We Did It)

TO START, LET ME ONCE AGAIN CLAIM THAT I DONT HAVE THE GIFT OF CULINARY ARTS. IN FACT, IM JUST BEGINNING TO APPRECIATE IT.
I GUESS THIS IS MY FIRST POST ON HOW TO MAKE SOMETHING EDIBLE. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL HOW-TO-DO-IT BLOG ENTRY BECAUSE THIS IS SOMETHING I MADE MYSELF, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF MY COUSIN PIPAI OF COURSE. WITHOUT HER I DONT THINK ID BE ABLE TO GO PLACE MY HANDS ON ANYWHERE THE KITCHEN WORLD AND ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING YUMMY.
WELL, IF YOU LIKE TO MAKE COOKIES TO GIVE AS PRESENT TO SOMEONE OR EAT THEM WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, JUST FOLLOW THESE VERY EASY STEPS. BELIEVE ME, IT'S ULTIMATELY DOABLE. I MYSELF WHO IS A COOKING WRECK WAS ABLE TO DO IT, YOU SURELY CAN DO TOO:)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 bar of butter
6 cups of flour
5 eggs
2 cups of white sugar
2 cups of brown sugar
Choco chips
2 cups of oatmeal
2 tbsp. Of vanilla syrup

STEPS:
1) Mix butter, flour, vanilla syrup and egg thorougly.

2) Divide the mixture so you can have half of it for your chocolate cookies and the other half for your plain oatmeal cookies.

3) For the chocolate, use the brown sugar to add color to the mixture. Make sure that the sugar is well mixed or dissolved. You can add a few choco chips in this step but just enough not to make it too sweet.

4) For the oatmeal, use the white sugar. Add the oatmeal and mix well.

5) Make small balls and flatten them into cookies.

6) You can decorate them with sesame seeds, peanuts, oatmeal and choco chips on top depending on your preference.

7) Place them in the oven and heat them over 160-180。in 5-7mins. Or you can just check from time to time the color of your cookies. When it becomes light brown, then it should be alright.

YOU CAN THEN ENJOY YOUR COOKIES WITH A CUP OF COFI, MILK, JUICE OR TEA.

I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING IT. HAVE FUN EVERYONE! ♥
