La Carlota's trademark. the train and the sugarcane. just so everyone know, la carlota is one of the large suppliers of sugar cane in negros occidental. |
while waiting for our ordered food, we decided to have a stroll around the plaza. |
yes, guintubdan is composed of several falls. though some are not yet open to public. |
the trail is quite a hike, you better watch your steps because beside the narrow foot path is a pit fall! |
stopping for a rest. this is our guide. |
just behind those rocks is a cliff. i wanted to go there to see how high is it from where we were but the guide said that a young couple died years ago when they fell down from those rocks. creepy. |
you go and see the place too. believe me it is worth it :)

Hi Saiyi! One of your pictures says "Guintubdan Campsite." Is it a type of a campsite with session halls and rooms? Or just an empty field where you can put up your tents? Our church is actually planning for a retreat this coming November. :)
hi. i have not seen a session hall or rooms in the campsite. not far from it, near the office, i saw a small hall enough to cater 30-50 pax i think. they also have rooms.
